What to Expect
Walk-in Policies
Mon, Tue, Thurs:
As available If you are coming for a walk-in, we ask that you arrive by 7:00 AM to be checked in and sign in at the table outside our front doors.
Wed, Fri:
Please call to check availability on these days.
Saturday:
8:00 AM -11:00 AM as available.
*For Saturday Walk-ins, please park in the lowest numbered spot in the order in which you arrive. This will ensure we get everyone checked in the order in which they arrive to the parking lot.
Technician:
*If you are coming for a walk-in, we ask that you arrive by 7:00 AM walk-ins Monday thru Friday from 9am to 4pm as available.
When arriving at Broadview Animal Clinic
Dogs
Please make sure your dogs are on leash or in a carrier.
If using a retractable leash, please keep it in close distance to you and locked.
Cats
Please make sure your cat arrives in a carrier.
If cats are not in a carrier we will supply you with one for a charge of $10.50
Like most veterinary clinics in the industry right now, we are struggling with the demand. We make every effort to see every patient that arrives, but unfortunately cannot always guarantee you and your pet will be seen. If we can take Walk-ins, wait times can vary from 1 to 6 hours, so please come prepared for that. We appreciate your patience and kindness towards our staff during these times.
