Orthopedic Surgery, Radiographs, Mass Removals and Blood Tests can vary greatly in price, please call for a quote. In some cases we will need to examine your pet first to be able to better determine a cost for a surgical procedure.

Special Notes

With all surgical procedures we recommend pre-anesthesia blood work along with placement of an IV catheter. An IV catheter allows fluids to be administered during and after the surgical procedure to help maintain blood pressure and assist with riding the body of the anesthetic drug(s).

Any surgical patients 8 years of age or older will be REQUIRED to have blood work performed with an additional fee of $64.50.

Any surgical patient that is 13 years of age or older will be REQUIRED to have an IV catheter placed with an additional fee of $58.00.

Pain medication is always recommended for our patient's recovery. All prices listed include both hospital and dispensed medications ($23.50). If you do not wish to have pain meds sent home a $9.00 charge will be charged instead for medications administered in hospital.

CO2 Laser Surgery

We are pleased to be able to offer many of our surgical procedures using a CO2 laser. A CO2 laser produces a highly focused beam of light that can be used to cut or vaporize skin and soft tissue. The light beam can be highly controlled so that only a thin layer of tissue is removed, leaving the surrounding tissue unaffected. When you have any procedure done, it is strongly recommended to have the surgery done by laser, when possible. Some benefits include: less bleeding, less swelling and less pain for our patients.
