When bringing your pet for a check-up, remember that he or she may be a little uneasy
about the new environment of the hospital setting if it is a first-time visit so we ask that you restrain your pet before entering the clinic.

We suggest that animals be placed on a leash or in a pet carrier before entering either lobby and please keep your pet under your control while visiting the clinic.

To allow ample time for all patient examinations, we operate on an  appointment basis.  Walk-in visits are accepted, but please realize that scheduled appointments will be seen first.  We recognize that your time is valuable, so we strive to see each  client on-time.

Your understanding is appreciated when unexpected emergencies arrive at  the clinic and  require immediate medical care.

A phone call is appreciated if an appointment  needs to be cancelled or rescheduled so that we may make the time available to other pet  owners.

All fees are due at the time the patient is released. We accept cash, check, Visa and Mastercard.
